We want your stay on Nile Street to be as chilled and fuss-free as possible.

To help keep everything running smoothly and respectfully for everyone, here are the house rules:

Check-in from 3pm.  Check-out by 12 noon.  We’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals if possible.

Smoking –  The studio is non smoking.  If you need to slip out for a vape or sneaky smoke, you can do so only outside on the private deck. Please dispose of butts in container provided. ++

Quiet Hours – 10pm to 7am.  While the studio is separate, it’s still part of our home. Thanks for keeping the peaceful village vibe alive.

No Pets – As much as we love furry friends, this space is a pet-free zone. 

Guests Only – The studio is for paying guests only. No parties or unregistered visitors, please.

Kitchen Use – The kitchenette is equipped for light meal prep. Please clean up after use. 🗑 Rubbish & Recycling – Instructions provided in your welcome guide.

Water Use – Please be mindful—Nelson is sunny but water can be scarce!
